Order Delivery:
It’s a busy time for online orders, and whilst this does mean that you may experience some slight delays, rest assured that we’ll be maintaining the strict health & hygiene standards we’ve put into place. We’re doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. Monday to Saturday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. As per recent Unlock protocols in effects regarding the ongoing pandemic, please allow a few additional days for order dispatch and delivery. We’ll be in touch regarding the same.
Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
Alternatively, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund from us (if your card has already been charged) if the product is out of stock/unavailable after a purchase has been made.
